1. Berikutan penahanan
kapal milik Jho Low oleh pihak berkuasa Indonesia bersama FBI,
adakah ianya
membawa maksud selepas ini DOJ dan FBI Amerika akan memohon
perintah Mahkamah
Malaysia untuk *menyita cincin serta rantai berlian isteri MO1*
seperti mana tindakan
mereka di Mahkamah Indonesia dalam kes menyita
kapal 'super mewah' Equanimity
milik Jho Low ?
2. Adakah DOJ dan FBI
Amerika akan bertindak *memohon 'red flag' Interpol bagi
menahan dan menangkap
Jho Low,Riza Aziz, isteri MO1 dan juga MO1*?.
Tumpuan kini terarah
kepada pihak berkuasa Malaysia apabila pihak berkuasa Malaysia
dilihat berdiam
diri tanpa mengambil sebarang tindakan sejak sekian lama pendedahan dan
pembongkaran hasil dari tindakan yang diambil oleh DOJ dan negara negara luar
atas isu
mega yang berkaitan 1MDB. Betapa *hina maruah negara diperlekeh hingga
menampakan
hilangnya kedaulatan undang undang dan institusi kehakiman Malaysia
apabila negara luar
seperti Amerika yang berusaha bersungguh sungguh melalui
saluran undang undang
menyelamatkan negara dan rakyat Malaysia* dari penjenayah
kleptokrat terbesar dunia
serta kuncunya dari terus berkuasa.
3. Pakatan Harapan
mesti bersedia kemungkinan menghadapi *Pru14 akan datang
tanpa adanya MO1* dan
UmnoBn harus menjelaskan kepada rakyat mengapa selama ini
mereka *melindungi
kleptokrat terbesar* di dunia sehingga berlaku kerosakan besar pada
imej
Malaysia serta memberi kesan sangat buruk yang terpaksa ditanggung oleh rakyat.
Ketua ketua institusi
penguatkuasaan seperti *PDRM,SPRM,Bank Negara dan
Jabatan Peguam Negara mesti
tampil menjelaskan kenapa mereka tidak bertindak demi
menyelamatkan maruah
negara* sebaliknya melindungi dan membentengi penyangak klaptokrat
untuk terus
kekal berkuasa.
4. Saya percaya akan
berlaku desakan dalaman UmnoBn untuk Najib Razak melepaskan
jawatan Perdana
Menteri (PM) sebelum ditahan dengan tujuan untuk menyelamatkan
UmnoBn dan ini
sudah tentu tiada pilihan melainkan rakan saya *Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi
mengangkat sumpah sebagai PM sebelum pru14*

Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi saya ucapkan kerana tidak lama lagi
beliau akan
mengangkat sumpah sebagai *PM ke-7 Malaysia sebelum pru14* dan sudah
pasti
beliau tidak lama sebagai PM, hanya sekadar *cukup untuk resumenya* kerana
rakyat
kini sudah pasti tidak akan memilih parti UmnoBn yang telah mengalami
kerosakan yang

MESS...
I Googled ‘EQUANIMITY’
Out came..’CALMNESS
AND COMPOSURE, ESPECIALLY IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION’
WOW!
How appropriately this
describes the situation for some people following the SEIZURE
of the Megayacht
‘EQUANIMITY’, that has been linked to scandals which now continue to be
widely
reported, discussed, made into ‘documentaries’, and appearing almost daily in
GLOBAL TV stations, various media (Official and Mainstream), and other
communication channels.
BUT here...COMPLETE
AND UNNATURAL SILENCE (calmness /equanimity?) amongst the
mainstream media in
Malaysia.
I was reading with
much dismay, the stories about the Megayacht having been impounded
by the
INDONESIAN AUTHORITIES in Bali.
WHAT HAPPENED to our
own Enforcement Authorities? Apa sudah jadi pada Bapak Bapak Petugas
Penguatkuasa kita di Malaysia ?
Did we NEVER bother to
actually track and find the Yacht ???
Or ARE there some MORE
HORROR scandals, yet to be uncovered, behind that Yacht?
..’ADA UDANG DI
SEBALIK BATU ?’ (Hidden agenda?)
HOW IMPOTENT must the
GOVERNMENT of MALAYSIA appear in the eyes of the
WORLD OUT THERE.
HOW INEFFICIENT WE
MUST SEEM TO THEM..We can’t even locate such a big famous
Yacht within our own
region.
IN FACT...While on a
diving trip EXACTLY A YEAR AGO , in Thailand, we were easily able to pinpoint
EQUANIMITY’s exact location using our boat’s AIS (Automatic Identification
System)..and
I myself piloted my Instructor's boat , TO
EXACTLY WHERE THE ‘EQUANIMITY’ WAS AT SEA.
.and I PERSONALLY TOOK PHOTOS
AND VIDEOS of the ‘EQUANIMITY’ AT REALLY VERY CLOSE RANGE..INCLUDING ITS
ULTRA-LUXURIOUS TENDER (small boat), AT THE MARINA IN PHUKET
LATER THAT NIGHT.
We were told by
some people at the marina that ‘EQUANIMITY’ was anchored offshore and
the owner/guests
usually come onshore at night in the cover of darkness.
That night, we were
told that the owner was celebrating Valentine’s day in PHUKET town with
his
guests!
WE..MERE DIVERS ..WERE
ABLE TO DO THAT!!
AND OUR AUTHORITIES
COULD NOT? WITH ALL THEIR GADGETRY...AND SUPPOSEDLY
GLOBAL INFORMATION NETWORK
?
THEN..someone said
there’s ‘NO PROOF’ that the said owner owns the vessel..
REALLY ?
I googled again..o
THIS CAME OUT...
PLEASE..let us NOT
make the world see us as a basket case...WE DON’T DESERVE TO
BE SHAMED as
we have been ..with all the Malaysian kleptocracy scandals which are being
addressed, very expeditiously and effectively, in the US, Australia, Middle
East, Switzerland,
Singapore, just to name a few countries...
People have been
jailed, Companies fined and barred from operating, properties and
assets
impounded, even gifts from ill-gotten gifts have been returned by those who DO
NOT
want to be linked to this INFAMOUS YACHT OWNER..
WHAT MORE do people in
authority NEED to be CREDIBLY TAKING ACTION..for the
SAKE OF RAKYAT AND NATION
?
OR have many become
the people in Hans Christian Anderson’s ‘THE EMPEROR’S NEW CLOTHES’?
Where it TOOK A
CHILD..WITH INNOCENCE AND HONESTY..AND NO ‘Udang sebalik batu’
(Hidden Agenda)
to loudly say to his father..’BUT FATHER..THE EMPEROR IS NAKED..
.HE HAS NO
CLOTHES ON!’ (ALL the people who was watching the Emperor pass by..were
praising the Emperor's supposedly ‘invisible but wonderfully beautiful’
clothes..(TWO weavers had
promised the Emperor a new Suit , which they said,
was ONLY visible to the Wise..BUT
supposedly INVISIBLE, to those UNFIT
FOR THEIR POSITIONS, STUPID or INCOMPETENT...)
BUT in REALITY, the
weavers did NOT make any clothes for the Emperor at all. The Emperor was
convinced by them that HE DID SEE HIS NEW beautiful clothes, otherwise if he
did not, then he
would be regarded as stupid, and unfit to be Emperor.
AND EVERYONE ELSE
CONVINCED THEMSELVES that they, too, COULD indeed SEE the
‘Invisible Clothes’
NO ONE DARED to admit
they actually could NOT see the ‘Clothes’ the Emperor was supposed
to be
wearing..and that the Emperor was without ANY clothes on! They did not want to
be
regarded as being stupid and unfit for their positions.
SO EVERYONE PRAISED the
Emperor’s ‘New Clothes’ UNTIL THE HONEST CHILD SPOKE OUT ..
SO are some people
behaving that way? NOT like the HONEST child? But more like the
characters in
the episodes in ‘Yes Prime Minister/Yes Minister...the SATIRE COMEDY SERIES’??
PLEASE..the country
must come FIRST.
YES PRU 14 is round
the corner...
BUT IT DOES NOT GIVE
LICENCE to ANYONE..
...To practice FILTHY
GUTTER POLITICS
...To raise
issues that divide our Multi-racial Malaysian Society..
...To demean and
character assassinate INDIVIDUALS at random...using them as ‘Political
Capital’.
As in the case of
ROBERT KUOK..who I know personally since the early 1980s.. a person with
whom I
often discussed INTEGRITY AND HONESTY..and ETHICS..
AND I NEVER SAW HIM in
any light other than as a person whose Principles and Values,
the young
Generation should try to emulate. I even got Robert to talk to my kids when
they
were younger about ethics etc..
Please..in the Spirit
of Malaysia Inc..our Entrepreneurs have been investing to add value to our
ECONOMY
and NATION.

SHAH ALAM: Former
prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad today renewed his criticism
against the sale
of land to foreigners, especially in the Forest City reclamation project in
Johor.
Speaking at the first
PPBM annual general meeting here, the 92-year-old party chairman said
he hoped
the project would end up being inhabited by creatures like monkeys and baboons.
“Our land will be
completely sold, no matter what happens to Forest City,” he said at the
event
at the Ideal Convention Centre Shah Alam here.
“I hope Forest City
will truly become a forest… Its residents will consist of baboons, monkeys
and
so on,” he said.
“We should realise
that once we sell land to others, we no longer have any ownership over it,”
he
added.
“Once upon a time
before, the island of Temasek, which is today known as Singapore, was also
sold
off. We sold the land to the British… Now it is no longer our country.”
Mahathir, who is also
Pakatan Harapan chairman, claimed that it was sad that a 300-acre piece
of land
in Port Klang was also sold to foreigners and the money used to pay off debts.
He was probably
referring to reports that 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) had divested its
stakes in a piece of land in Pulau Indah near the Port Klang Free Zone to an
entity controlled by
Chinese state-owned concerns.
“We should realise
that if we sell land to people, we no longer own the land,” Mahathir said.
This is not the first
time the former prime minister criticised the RM100 billion Forest City
smart
city project, which was being intensely promoted to buyers in China and the
Middle East.
Built on four
artificial islands and with an area of 1,385.6ha, the futuristic town near
Johor Bahru
is expected to be completed within 20 years and can accommodate
about 700,000 people.
In March, Mahathir
said foreigners who stayed at Forest City could live there forever and
there
was no ruling that would prevent them from becoming citizens after staying
there for years.
He said under
Malaysian law, anyone who stayed in the country for more than 12 years had
the
right to become a citizen and vote in elections. There was no guarantee, he
added, that this
would not happen.
Mahathir also hit out
at Prime Minister Najib Razak for “redefining” foreign direct investment (FDI)
by having land allegedly sold to foreign investors and allowing them to develop
townships exclusive only to foreigners.
He also said the
Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park (MCKIP), dubbed in the media as the
‘Great Wall of China in Kuantan’ was an example of an exclusive project that
was “evidence” of
Najib’s undermining of national sovereignty.
